This texture is created digitally using procreate and Adobe Photoshop. This background is called liquid gradient, because it is similar to a floating oil fluid, then add a gradation of red and blue light. This background can be used to create print designs, posters, presentations, etc. in fact these backgrounds can be made with photography techniques by creating water drop or oil, then taking photographs using a macro lens. So that the color can look graded, two-color lighting is needed and placed with a dark backdrop.
