This action is an additional effect of coloring the cyberpunk theme for the night atmosphere. we took the background of the night because a lot of neon lights were scattered mainly in urban areas. in this action we changed the camera view to be more opaque but still clearly visible. blur on this action shows flashes of light radiating with a touch of motion blur effect. use this action is very easily and quickly. but there is a problem if you use a photo that has been edited on photoshop canvas, try the photo still new from your folder. do not remove the photo padlock to make the action run properly.
